1. Operating Entity

SNAPP Store is owned and operated by Innovixus Ai ("Innovixus Ai", "we", "us", or "our"). All references to "SNAPP Store" in these Terms refer to services provided by Innovixus Ai.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SNAPP Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The Service

SNAPP Store is a global, borderless marketplace where independent builders list web-based applications ("SNAPPs"). We provide listing, discovery, and payment-related infrastructure. We are not the publisher of the apps listed.

4. Builder Accounts and Listings

Builders are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the lawfulness of their apps, and compliance with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where their users reside. We may remove listings that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are recurring and managed through our payment partners. Lapsed subscriptions pause listings rather than delete them. Refer to our pricing page for current plans and terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use SNAPP Store to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to attempt unauthorized access; or to interfere with the operation of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The SNAPP Store name, logo, and platform are the intellectual property of Innovixus Ai. Listings remain the intellectual property of their respective builders.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SNAPP Store is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovixus Ai disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
